breakfast of champions
people ask me how it is that i can lose so much weight and then keep it off. the truth is, i have no bloody clue. this is what i eat on a typical workday:

  • 9am - 2 cups of coffee in the shower
  • 10am - hard boiled egg with a little butter and potassium salt mushed up in the microwave (mmmm)
  • 11am - half grapefruit
  • 12pm - romaine salad with a few slices of smoked chicken or turkey breast or tuna or salmon, chopped celery and tomato, veganaise, mustard, 2 mini pitas, apple or orange or kiwi or grapes
  • 3 or 4 pm, or 1 hour after finishing my workout - hard boiled egg, lots of salt (electrolyte, baby), more fruit
  • 8 or 9 or sometimes 10pm - cottage cheese, more salad, broccoli, bell pepper, celery, asparagus, hormone and anti-biotic free chicken breast or salmon fillet or soyrizo, cheese, maybe some tortillas
  • 11pm - horizon vanilla yogurt, 1 or 2 girl scout cookies

that's about it.. if there's any more it's usually some kind of fruit or celery and organic peanut butter. oh, and i'm drinking water all day long, as much as i can hold. i think that does the trick!
