2003/09/12 ( 6:02 PM ) cxjo mmmmmm smoked salmon... just made some last night, and brought to share with cow-orkers today. it was really good, but i need to come up with a way to make it spicier! i'm thinking maybe to cut little slits in the skin so the marinade soaks thru and stays there... hrmmmm.. #
