d'oh.. slept 25 at 1am, then tried to do some reading, but got really tired around 2, tried to meditate, but ended up just falling asleep again. woke up at 7 feeling very ill, tried to sleep it off.. woke up again at 10. need to regulate diet much more carefully.. it seems like anything i eat "out of spec" gives me stomach problems these days. anyway.. biked to work at 10:40, ate around 12:30, then 25 mins rest at 1pm (no sleep, tho). feelin pretty good.. prolly the 8 hours of sleep did me well ;) also, no caffeine today.
